time... He has six hits in 48 plate appearances to his credit...Made three putouts
last season.
2011 Season: Appeared
in 12 games, and did not record a hit in 16 at-bats...He scored two runs, had one
RBI, walked eight times and had 14 strikeouts...Scored a run in back-to-back
games on Feb. 19 at Campbell and on Feb. 23 at USC Upstate...
Walked four times over the two games on Feb. 19 and 23...Also
had two walks on May 14 at Savannah State...Had a season-high four at-bats on
April 12 at Gardner-Webb...Collected his only RBI on Feb. 19 at Campbell.
2010 Season: Batted .188 with three doubles, an RBI and
two runs scored in 20 games...Walked four times and struck out 14 times in the
season...Collected two hits in five at-bats on March 6 against New Jersey
Institute of Technology, and posted a double in the game...Had an RBI-double on
March 18 against Princeton.
High School: Attended
Freedom High School for his freshman through junior years, and graduated from
Patton High School...Started on the baseball team in all four years...Was named to
the 2007 NW4A Honorable Mention list...In 2008, he was selected to the NW4A All-Conference team, and
was the team MVP...Was an honor roll student all through high school...Named a
North Carolina Scholar and Honor Graduate...Also competed in basketball.
