Lee Taylor enters his first season as an Aggie in 2012...Transferred
from Lenoir Community College...Batted better than .300 in both seasons the Lancers and recorded 61
hits, 50 doubles and 52 RBI in 63 career games...The Aggies will look to him to
continue posting strong numbers at the plate this season...Competed in the 2010
Junior College World Series with Lenoir Community College
2011 Season: Taylor batted .313 in 128 at-bats with 10
doubles, 27 RBI and 29 runs scored in 40 games...Went 3-for-3 with a home run,
four RBI and three runs on Feb. 12 against New River Community College...Had a
season-high three hits three times in the season.
2010 Season: Taylor
batted .438 in 48 at-bats with five doubles, 23 RBI and 17 runs scored in 23
games...Had a season-high three hits on March 28 against Southeastern Community
College-Whiteville...Posted a season-high four RBI on May 1 against Brunswick
Community College.
South Lenoir High
School: Taylor was an all-conference player and named to the Kinston Free Press first-team All-Area
as a junior...As a senior, Taylor was named the East Central Conference Player of
the Year, the Ray Avery Easter Tournament MVP and was the Kinston Free Press Co-Area Player of the Year...He was also named
to the NCHSAA Class 2A All-State team.. Played basketball at South Lenoir where
he was named team captain...Received the A.R. Munn Award, given to the best
senior male athlete...Also received the John Hood Brewer Award, given by the
teachers to the most deserving student-athlete...Was a member of the National
Honor Society and ran cross country.

name is Christopher Lee Taylor...Was born on Dec. 6, 1990...He is the son of Dawn
and Chris Taylor and has one sibling, Tracie...Majors in history and is a member
of the Dean's List...Plans to teach history and coach baseball or basketball
after graduation...Coached the South Lenoir Junior Legion team in the summer of
2011.
