2021 Season: Made 13 appearances and pitched 13.1 innings for A&T … Compiled an 0-1 record and a 12.15 ERA  … Had five strikeouts to go with five walks … His best outing came on Feb. 28 against Appalachian State when he threw 2.2 scoreless innings and allowed just two hits with four strikeouts … In his last three appearances, pitched 2.2 innings and gave up no runs on just one hit with a walk. 
2020 Season: Season was canceled early because of the COVID-19 pandemic … Made eight appearances before the season ended with no starts … Pitched 11 innings with an 8.18 ERA for the season … He struck out 11 and walked three while not registering a decision during the season … Made his collegiate debut on Feb. 23 against Delaware where he pitched three innings, struck out three and walked none in the Aggies 9-8 loss … Pitched an inning against George Mason where he walked one and struck out one in the Aggies 12-2 win  … Pitched an inning against Fairfield on Feb. 29 as he struck out two and walked none in the Aggies 8-2 win.

High School: Attended and played high school baseball at McMichael … Played under head coach Clark Erskine … Served as team captain for three straight seasons … Earned Mid-State 3A all-conference for honors twice  … Was also a three-time all-academic member in the conference and a Wendy’s High School Heisman winner …Over the first three years of his career, he complied an 8-5 record with a 3.03 ERA … As a junior, he batted .333 with a .412 slugging percentage.

Personal: Is the son of Jesse and Jennifer O’Neal … Has one sibling, a sister, Jessica …O’Neal is a mechanical engineering major … His pregame ritual consists of extensive stretching with music and praying … Favorite food is hibachi steak and filet mignon … In his free time, enjoys fishing, hunting and golf.
