A&T out of Daytona State College … Helped the Aggies win their second straight MEAC Southern Division title in 2019 … He started all 112 games he has played with the Aggies with a career .306 batting average with five home runs, 76 RBI, 22 doubles, 80 runs scored, 137 hits and a .398 slugging percentage and a .384 on-base percentage.
2021 Season: Voted to the preseason All-MEAC first team … Played in and started 52 games in his final year at A&T … Tallied a .301 average spreading 55 hits across 183 at-bats … Compiled four doubles, two triples and three home runs with 32 RBI … Also drew 24 walks for a .376 on-base percentage … Stole eight bases and scored 34 runs … Turned in a .941 fielding percentage as the Aggies’ shortstop … Had 18 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games … Had a monster 3-for-5 performance with a triple, two home runs, six RBI and three runs scored against Florida A&M on May 9 … Also went 3-for-5 with a triple, three RBI and a run scored on April 10 against archrival N.C. Central. 2020 Season: Was named to the preseason All-MEAC first team… Started in all 17 games for the Aggies… Batted .261 over 69 at-bats with 18 hits including three doubles… Knocked in a team-high 14 RBI… Had a .304 slugging percentage with a .354 on-base percentage and three stolen bases… At shortstop, posted a .985 fielding percentage with 24 putouts and 42 assists and only one error… Led the team in multiple hit games with four… Went 1-for-4 with four RBI against George Mason on Feb. 14 in the Aggies first win of the season… Posted a 3-for-5 effort with an RBI and run scored in a win against Gardner-Webb on Feb. 22… Went 2-for-3 with two runs scored in an upset win over Boston College on March 2… Posted a 2-for-4 line with three RBI and two runs scored against No. 9 NC State on March 11.
2019 Season: Proved to be a disciplined hitter during his first season with the Aggies … Played in and started all 53 games for the Aggies … Batted .328 with 30 RBI, two home runs, 15 doubles and 13 stolen bases … Also posted a .402 on-base percentage and a .436 slugging percentage … In the field, had a .932 fielding percentage making only 15 errors in 204 fielding opportunities … Led the MEAC in assists with 132 … Ranked fourth in the league in fielding doubles plays (23) … Led the Aggies in batting average and hits (64) while ranking seventh and sixth in the MEAC respectively … Ranked fourth in the conference in doubles, fifth in steal attempts (18), ninth in total bases (85) and 10thin total plate appearances (229) … Nationally, ranked 84thin the nation in toughest to strike out fanning only every 9.8 at-bats … Led the team in multiple-hit games (22) and was second multiple-RBI games (7) … At one point in the season, reached bases in 16 straight games (April 3-May 3) and had a season-high eight-game hitting streak (March 16-26) … Went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three runs scored in a 6-5 win over Savannah State on March 30 at War Memorial Stadium … Went 3-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI in a 5-2 win over eventual MEAC champion Florida A&M … Had a 3-for-4 day with three RBI and a double in a 9-2 win over archrival N.C. Central on May 7.Â
2018 Season at Daytona State: Played in 40 games with a .258 batting average, 27 RBI, 10 doubles, 28 runs scored … Also stole six bases and recorded 52 total bases … Pitched five innings during the season where he gave up three earned runs … Had a great season on defense ... In 184 fielding opportunities, he made only five errors for a .973 fielding percentage.
