2019 Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the season … Finished 11^th in the hammer throw at the MEAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by N.C. A&T in Greensboro as she threw it 133-feet, 3-inches … Her best finish of the season was eighth place at the Aggie Invitational on April 13 as she tossed the hammer 132-feet, 10-inches at N.C. A&T’s Irwin Belk Track … Tossed a personal-best 136-feet, 3-inches at the Phoenix Invitational hosted by Elon University in the women’s hammer throw to finish 11^th on April 6.

2019 Indoor: Competed in two meets during the season … Threw the weight throw 46-feet, 3 ½-feet at the Camel City Invitational on Feb. 2 to finish 13^th … Threw the weight throw 47-feet, 1-inch at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational to finish 17^th.

High School: Attended Princess Anne High School … Threw a personal-best 35-feet, 7 ½-inches in the shot put as a senior … Threw a personal-best 130-feet, 3-inches in the discus as a senior … Won the Virginia High School League 5A Conference 9 title in the girls discus by recording a throw of 112-feet, 6-inches … Also won the VHSL 5A South Regional in the girls discus with a throw of 130-feet, 3-inches … Finished third at the Virginia state championships in the girls discus with a throw of 120-feet, 3-inches.
