2019-20 Indoor: Participated in four meets as a junior … Placed second along with his 4x400-meter relay team at the Hokie Invitational on Jan. 25 with a time of 3:16.72 … Placed fourth along with 4x400 teammates at the Carolina Challenge on Feb. 1 at the University of South Carolina.
2019 Outdoor: Participated in six meets during his sophomore outdoor season … Placed second in the 400-meter hurdle at the High Point University VertKlasse Meeting on March 23 with a time of 52.63 … Helped the 4x400 relay team win the Aggie Invitational at N.C. A&T’s Irwin Belk Track on April 13 as the foursome finished in 3:14.93 … At the same meet, placed second in the 400mh in 52.59 … Helped the Aggies win the MEAC title in the 4x400 with a time of 3:09.15 … Placed fourth in the 400mh at the same meet with a time of 50.97 after having the second-fastest preliminary time (51.81) … Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the 400mh.
2018-19 Indoor: Participated in three meets during his sophomore indoor season … Helped the 4x400 team finish fourth at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 3:20.50 on Jan. 19 … Finished the 400m in 49.52 to place fourth at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational on Feb. 9.
2018 Outdoor: Participated in nine meets as a freshman … Ran a personal-best 51.62 and finished third in the 400mh at the Mount Olive Final Qualifier to qualify for the NCAA East Preliminary Round … Ran 51.78 in the first round of the NCAA East Prelim in the 400mh to qualify for the quarterfinals where he ran 51.64 to finish 19th… Placed fourth in the 400mh final of the MEAC championships with a time of 52.57 to score five points for the 2018 MEAC outdoor champion Aggies … Ran 52.47 in the preliminaries of the MEAC championships.
2017-18 Indoor: Participated in six meets as a freshman … Ran a personal-best 49.18 in the 400m at the Liberty Kickoff 2018 to place fifth … Ran a personal-best 35.65 in the 300m at the UAB Blazer Invitational on Jan. 12 to finish 14th … Helped the 4x400 relay team place fifth at the Clemson Orange & Purple Invitational with a time of 3:21.75 … Contributed to the Aggies 2018 MEAC indoor title by competing in the 400m.
High School: Participated in track and field at in high school where he finished fifth nationally in the 400mh at the New Balance National Outdoor Championships at N.C. A&T’s Irwin Belk Track by running a personal-record 54.04 … Won a high school national championship along with his 4x200 teammates by finishing in 1:26.44 … Won the FHSAA 2A District 3 Championships in the 4x800 by helping the team run a 9:01.26 … Won the FHSAA 2A state championship in the 30mh by running a personal-record 37.30 in the preliminary and a 37.44 in the final.
