2022 Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets during the season ... Threw a personal-best 146-feet, 3-inches in the discus at High Point University's Bob Davidson Memorial on March 18 to finish sixth. 

2022 Indoor Season: Competed in four meets during the season ... Threw a personal-best 42-feet, 3 1/2-inches at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational in Winston-Salem, N.C., on Jan. 23 to place third. 

2021 Outdoor Season: Competed in seven meets during the season ... As a freshman, helped the Aggies win the MEAC outdoor title by winning the MEAC outdoor event title in the discus at N.C. A&T with a throw of 137-feet, 7-inches ... Scored six points for the Aggies by finishing third in the shot put at 41-feet, 7 3/4-inches ... Made her collegiate debut on March 19 at HPU's Bill Webb Multi/Bob Davidson Invitational by finishing 10th in the discus. 

High School: Participated in high school track at Western Guilford ... Finished third in the state of North Carolina in Class 3A in the indoor shot put with a throw of 37 feet, 3 1/4 inches... Finished second in the state in the outdoor shot put with a toss of 39-feet ... Placed first in the Class 3A Midwest Region in the shot at 39-feet, 10-inches ... Won the state indoor title in the shot put in 2019 with a mark of 38-feet, 7-inches ... Placed first in the shot put (39-feet, 7 1/2 inches) and second in the discus (118-feet) at the 2018 Midwest Region outdoor meet ... In 2017, placed third in the discus and shot put in the out Midwest Region ... Threw a personal-best 40-foot shot put to win the 2019 outdoor Piedmont Triad 3A conference championship ... Won the 2018 outdoor Piedmont Triad 3A conference title in the discus (117-feet, 8-inches) and shot put (36-feet, 9-inches) ... A year earlier won the Mid-Piedmont 3A conference championship in the discus and shot put.
