Had an outstanding 2009 Spring Game with two receptions for 78 yards.

2009 Season: Had a great end to his freshman season...Fifteen of his 18 catches for the year came in the last three games of the season...Played in eight games with four starts...Broke the school's freshman receptions record with five catches against Florida A&M on Nov. 7...The old mark was held by Doug Brown...Cooper broke his own record two weeks later by making six receptions against S.C. State...Against Florida A&M, he had 54 yards in the Aggies near upset of the Rattlers...His 11-yard reception on 3^rd-and-3 in the fourth quarter led to a key Dontavious Payne touchdown during the game.

High School: Proved to have a good set of hands at North Atlanta...Made 72 catches for 650 yards as a senior...He was a second-team All-State performer and an All-Area selection.
