Breakdown: Has served as the Aggies fullback since stepping on campus…But will move over to tight end to start the 2013 season….Will compete with redshirt sophomore Kevin Francis for the No. 1 tight end position…Served as the backup fullback to Leroy Bradford in 2012…Opened his career as the lead blocker for All-MEAC running back Mike Mayhew…A move to tight end makes sense for Moore because he has proven to be a good receiver at the fullback position …Has tremendous power, agility and speed…In 2012, he bench pressed 225 pounds an impressive 23 times…Only five other players on the team at the time, produced as many or more reps … Ran the 40-yard dash in 4.7 seconds and had a bench press max of 395 pounds and a squat max of 530….Has 13 receptions for 129 yards and two touchdowns during his Aggies career…Has played in 29 games with 13 starts…A criminal justice major, Moore is a three-time A&T scholar athlete and a two-time All-MEAC Academic Team member…Earned a 3.44 grade point average during the 2012-13 academic school year.
2012 Season: Played in 10 games with five starts…Did not have a carry on the season, but made two catches for 19 yards.
2011 Season: Played in 10 games with six starts…Had only one carry on the season, but did have 92 yards receiving on 10 receptions…Had 26 yards receiving and scored on a 7-yard touchdown pass from Lewis Kindle as the Aggies defeated Bethune-Cookman 22-3 on Oct. 8 at Aggie Stadium…At Howard on Oct. 22, had a career-high four receptions for 51 yards.
2010 Season: Played in nine games with two starts…Did not carry the football during the season, but made two catches for 18 yards…Started the opening game of the season on Sept. 4 against Winston-Salem State…Made his second start of the season at Hampton on Sept. 18…In the game, he caught a 3-yard touchdown pass from Shelton Morgan.
High School: Played high school football under Greg Hill at East Mecklenburg High School…Played in the prestigious Shrine Bowl, which pits the best high school players from North Carolina against the best from South Carolina…Earned all-conference and All-Mecklenburg County honors…Made 80 tackles, five for loss and returned a fumble and an interception for a touchdown…Also participated in wrestling and baseball during his prep career.
