High School Career: Played at Crete-Monee where he was an All-Area performing in the Chicago area...Earned honorable mention all-conference honors as a junior and all-conference honors as a senior...Was named ESPN Chicago Player of the Week as well as Pepsi Cola Player of the Week during his high school career...Named to the Big Dipper All-Tournament Team two consecutive years...Named Andrew High School Thanksgiving Tournament MVP one season, and then named Oak Forrest Thanksgiving All-Tournament Team in another...Made the honor roll all four years.
