Signed with the Aggies in December of 2017 … Graduated early from North Brunswick High School to enroll at N.C. A&T in January of 2018 … Will likely be the Aggies primary punter after having a 2019 season that saw him earn second-team All-MEAC honors … Also had a superb freshman season as the Aggies primary punter … Also has the potential to hit field goals and extra points … Has a range between 40-45 yards on field goals … In two seasons as an Aggie, he has compiled 4,494 punt yards in 112 attempts for a career average of 40.1 yards per punt …He also has 11 touchbacks, 24 punts caught as fair catches and 38 of his kicks have landed inside the opponent’s 20-yard line.
 
2019 Season: Appeared in 12 games … Punted the ball 46 times for 1,855 yards for an average of 41.0 yards … He had five touchbacks, 15 fair catches and 17 punts landed inside the opponent’s 20-yard line … Had two punts of 50 yards or more … Ranked second in the MEAC and 36^th in the nation in yards per punt …  N.C. A&T needed him only eight times over the final three games of the season … In one of those occasions, he boomed a 52-yard punt against Alcorn State at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Dec. 21 … Had a 48 and 49-yard punts in the Aggies 47-17 win over Bethune-Cookman on Nov. 16 … His 49-yard punt pinned the Wildcats inside their own 10-yard line … Had a career-best 55-yard punt against Delaware State on Sept. 26 in the Aggies 37-0 win over Delaware State … Had a career-high eight attempted punts at Charleston Southern on Sept. 14.
 
2018 Season: Played in 12 games … Punted the ball 66 times for 2,609 yards for an average of 39.5 yards … His punts resulted in six touchbacks, nine fair catches and 21 kicks being placed inside the opponents’ 20-yard line … Had six punts travel 50 yards or more … Ranked second in the MEAC in number of punts, third in yards punted and sixth in punting average … Had a great game at NCCU on Nov. 17 with two punts that went over 50 yards including a season-high 54 yarder in the Aggies 45-0 win over Eagles … Also had two punts downed inside the 20 in the game … Punted the ball eight times in the Aggies win over No. 6 Jacksonville State where he averaged 40.2 yards per punt including three punts inside the 20-yard line … Punted the ball five times in the Aggies HBCU national championship win over Alcorn State in the Celebration Bowl at Mercedes-Benz in Atlanta where he averaged 41.4 yards per punt including a 52 yarder.
 
High School: Played varsity football for North Brunswick High School … As a senior, Rivers averaged 44 yards per punt and was named to the 3-AA Mideastern all-conference team. … Was named first-team all-area and was his team’s MVP.
