He was the only quarterback signed in his class … Entered the 2022 season in fierce competition for the starting quarterback position, and the same can be said for the 2023 season ... He did enter the 2022 season as the Aggies starting quarterback, earning the start against North Carolina Central in the 2022 season opener at the Duke’s Mayo Classic in Charlotte, NC … He started A&T’s 2023 Spring Game, where Yeager threw for 41 yards on 5-for-8 passing … Can run and throw the football effectively … He was a mid-year signee for N.C. A&T during the mid-year signing period in December of 2020 … Yeager still has three years of eligibility remaining but will have to compete with talented quarterbacks for the starting position. 

2022 Season: Played in four games with three starts … Missed the majority of the season with various injuries … Threw for 296 yards on 27-for-59 passing and a touchdown with two interceptions … Started the Aggies season opener at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte against North Carolina Central in the Duke’s Mayo Classic, where he threw for a career-best 275 yards and a touchdown on 23-for-48 passing in the Aggies 27-13 loss … Yeager was two passes shy of breaking the Aggies single-game record for pass attempts. 

2021 Season: Played in four games during the season ... Completed 9 of 15 passes for 57 yards ... He also had four carries for 20 yards ... Played in games at Duke, versus N.C. Central, at Hampton and versus Gardner-Webb ... Saw the most action at Hampton on Oct. 23 when he attempted eight passes, completing four for 39 yards ... He also had two carries in the game for 22 yards ... Had his longest completion of the season when he completed a 15-yard pass to Jah-Maine Martin at Hampton. 

High School: He played his high school football at Minneapolis North … He threw for 1,945 yards and 21 touchdowns as a senior with only three interceptions … He also rushed for three touchdowns.
