2019 Season: Competed in six races during his freshman season … Opened his career at the 6k Elon Opener where he ran a 20:30.1 … Earned first-team All-MEAC honors at the MEAC Cross Country Championships in Smyrna, Del., as he finished among the top-15 in 10^th with a time of 26:46.1 in the 8k event … Had a fourth-place finish at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 28 with a time of 27:37.8 in the 8k event.

High School: Competed in track and field at Northern Nash High School … Won the Big East 3A Conference championship in the 800m (2:03.17), 1600m (4:48.86) and 3200m (10:49.33) as a senior … Won the North Carolina 3A East Regional in the 1600m by running a personal-best 4:31.05 … Won the 3200m as a junior in the 3A East Regional with a time of 10:07.63 … During the indoor season as a senior, he won the conference title in the 1000m (2:54.58) and 1600m (4:43.72) … Finished ninth in the state in cross country as a senior.
