Comes to N.C. A&T after transferring from the University of South Carolina … Originally signed with the University of Auburn in 2016 … Transferred from Auburn in 2017 and enrolled in USC the same summer as a walk-on … Started his collegiate career at running back before switching to linebacker … His father, Stephen Davis, Sr., played 11 NFL seasons at running back … Played many roles for the Aggies in his first season in Greensboro … Played defensive end, linebacker and rover during the season … Helped the Aggies win the MEAC title and HBCU national championship in his first season as an Aggie. 

2019 Season: Played in nine games with two starts … Made 14 tackles (seven unassisted) with one forced fumble and one recovered fumble … Had his best game of the season at Morgan State on Nov. 9 when he made eight tackles (four unassisted) in the Aggies 22-16 loss … Recovered a fumble in the Aggies 24-21 win over Elon on Aug. 31 … Forced a fumble in the Aggies 37-0 win over Delaware State on Sept. 26 at BB&T Stadium. 

High School: Played his high school football at Dutch Fork  … Suffered a knee injury during his senior season at Dutch Fork … Also played free safety as a prep standout … Made more than 100 career tackles, rushed for more than 1,000 yards and had 20 touchdowns.
