GREENSBORO – The Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) released its 2023-24 women's basketball schedule on Tuesday, featuring 18 conference games for the North Carolina A&T Aggies, starting with a home game at Corbett Center against the College of Charleston on Friday, January 5. A&T had a great debut in the CAA last season. The Aggies stood in first place most of the season, finishing in a two-way tie for fourth, one game behind the three-way tie for first place.

After playing the Cougars, the Aggies will remain home when they face the Towson Tigers on Jan. 7. A&T's other seven home games are against Delaware (Jan. 21), Elon (Jan. 28), Northeastern (Feb. 4), Hampton (Feb. 16), Monmouth (Feb. 18), Drexel (March 7) and their season finale is against Hofstra (March 9), the team that ended their season in 2022-23 in the CAA tournament.

Home and away games for the Aggies are against Hampton (Jan. 14), Charleston (Feb. 9), Drexel (Feb. 11), Elon (Feb. 25) and Northeastern (March 1). The other away games are at William & Mary (Jan. 12), at Campbell (Jan. 26), at UNC Wilmington (Feb. 2) and at Stony Brook (March 3). The 2024 CAA Women's Basketball Championship Tournament will be held March 13-17 at the Entertainment & Sports Arena in Washington, D.C.

"The group has been locked in since ending last season earlier than we wanted," said A&T head coach Tarrell Robinson, the program's all-time winningest coach, who is entering his 12th season. "We have an idea of how good we can be. Now it's about not skipping steps."
