The Aggies (3-4) will be in action for the first time in six days after losing to No. 22 Louisville on Sunday. A&T will face the Bears for the first time. After wins over Liberty and Wake Forest this season, the Aggies will try to break a three-game losing streak. In addition to losing to Louisville, the Aggies had road losses to Saint Mary's College and UT Arlington at the Saint Mary's College Thanksgiving Classic.

Maleia Bracone leads the Aggies in scoring (12.1) and steals (2.6). She is second on the team in rebounding (6.0) and assists (3.0). She also leads the team in 3-pointers made with 12. Three other Aggies are averaging double figures in points, including Chaniya Clark (11.0), Jordyn Dorsey (11.0) and D'Mya Tucker (10.4).

Mercer comes into the game 3-8 on the season after coming off a 73-60 loss to Georgia Tech. The Bears trailed the Yellow Jackets by two points at halftime before a lopsided third quarter led Tech to the win. Deja Williams has back-to-back 17-point games, and her five 3-pointers against the Yellow Jackets were the most by a Bear this season.
