EAST GREENSBORO – Tori Mouton (Jacksonville, Fla., The Bolles School) is the newest addition to the North Carolina A&T women's golf program. Mouton signed with the Aggies during the early signing period, showing her commitment to AggieLand.
"We are happy to announce the signing of Tori," A&T women's golf coach Richard Watkins said.
"She is a remarkable young lady with a hunger for personal, academic growth and the game of golf. There are no doubts in our mind that she will be a great addition to our program and will certainly help us reach the next level."
Mouton led her team by shooting a 5-under 139 to finish second in the Class 1A state of Florida as an individual during her junior season. She helped the Bulldogs to their ninth straight district title and their 21st overall.
As a senior, Mouton shot a 71 at regionals and shot a 6-over 150 (79-71) at the state tournament. Also, as a senior at The Bolles School, Mouton shot a career-low 64. All-News4JAX named her a two-time first-team selection.
In 2019, Mouton won the JAGA First Coast Women's Amateur Championship at Eagle Harbor Golf Club.
The Greater Jackson High School Sports Awards nominated Mouton for 2022 Girls Golf Player of the Year.
