GARDNER-WEBB RUNNIN' BULLDOGS (7-11, 5-3 Big South): Gardner-Webb started 1-1 in the Big South and then won four straight. However, the Runnin' Bulldogs have lost the last two consecutive games, including a 71-68 loss at USC Upstate their last time out.

THE SERIES:  Gardner-Webb has won all four meetings against the Aggies in its Division I history (since 2000). The only Aggie win was a 79-57 win at Corbett on Jan. 29, 1983.

QUOTABLE:  "Gardner-Webb is one of the premier teams in the Big South this year. Anyone who wants to be in conversation to win the regular season of the Big South has to go through them. They have talent and athleticism like us. It will be an exciting matchup to watch."
