EAST GREENSBORO – The North Carolina A&T cross country programs have announced their schedule for the fall 2020 season. The Aggies have four events on the schedule before heading to the MEAC championships on Oct. 31 in Princess Anne, Md.
For the 12th straight season, the Aggies will compete at Elon University as they open the season competing in the Elon Cross Country on Sept. 1. The Aggies will return to the Adidas Cross Country Invitational in Cary, N.C., hosted by N.C. State on Sept. 18. Regan Kimtai finished 15th last season and the men finished sixth overall at the event. The women placed eighth.
For the fourth straight season, the Aggies will travel to Greensboro's Hagan Stone Park for the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational hosted by UNC Greensboro on Country Invitational on Sept. 26.
After the Aggies run at Hagan Stone Park, they will compete at High Point University's VertCross Invitational on Oct. 16. It will be the Aggies fourth straight season competing at the event. After the MEAC Championships, the NCAA Southeast Regional will take place Nov. 13 in Louisville, Ky. before the National Cross Country Championships in Stillwater, Okla. on Nov. 21.
