A&T holds the tiebreaker against both teams with one game against Central left on the schedule. Junior guard Kameron Langley, a preseason second team all-MEAC selection, is just three assists away from breaking N.C. A&T's all-time record held by Thomas Griffis (582). Langley leads the conference in assists per game at 7.2 and is second in assist-to-turnover ratio. The Aggies are led by senior forward Ronald Jackson who leads the team in points (14.6) and rebounds per game (10.3). Ronald Jackson could be the first Aggie since Bruce Jenkins in 2001-02 to average a double-double. Acting head coach Will Jones is 11-4 since taking over the team in late December.

HAWKS OVERVIEW: The Hawks are coming off a 74-55 loss at the hands of NC Central. UMES was projected to finish 11th in the MEAC preseason poll. The Hawks are led by senior forward AJ Cheesman, who averages 9.6 points per game to go along with 5.3 rebounds. He leads the team in both categories. UMES boasts the fourth-best scoring defense in the conference surrendering just 71.0 points per game to their opponents. They are also third in blocked shots swatting 3.4 shots per game as a team. The Hawks are led by head coach Jason Crafton, who is in his first season at the helm of the program.
