AGGIES OVERVIEW:Â North Carolina A&T suffered an 0-2 trip in Florida last week and the hands of Bethune-Cookman and Florida A&M. The Aggies find themselves in third place in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) standings with an 8-3 record, a half-game out of first place. Junior guard
Kameron Langley, a preseason second team all-MEAC selection, is just 26 assists away from breaking N.C. A&T's all-time record held by Thomas Griffis (582). Langley leads the conference in assists per game at 6.9 and is second in assist-to-turnover ratio. The Aggies are led by senior forward
Ronald Jackson who leads the team in points (14.0) and rebounds per game (10.3). Acting head coach Will Jones is 9-4 since taking over the team in late December.

EAGLES OVERVIEW:Â The Eagles sit atop the MEAC standings with an 8-2 record. In conference games only, Central sports the league's best scoring defense allowing just 58.6 points per game. In the conference preseason poll, the Eagles were projected to win the league for the fourth year in a row receiving 192 total points and seven first-place votes. Central has three preseason all-conference selections in Randy Miller, Jr. (second team) and Jibri Blount and Jordan Perkins (third team). Blount is second in the league in scoring with his 19.3 points per game while Perkins is second in assists per game at 4.8. Miller is averaging 14.3 points per game, good for third on the team, but has not played since Dec. 2 against Wofford. Head coach Levelle Moton is in his 11
th year at the helm of the program and has an overall record of 202-147 (.578).
