Aggies Play On The Road Again, Face Morgan State

Aggies Overview:  North Carolina A&T has dominated in their four Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference averaging 72.8 points per game. Their average margin of victory is 33.2 points.
The win against Coppin State was their sixth straight win. Junior guard Deja Winters ranks fourth in the conference in scoring while senior guard Cinia McCray ranks 13th. Senior forward Le'on Hill ranks seventh in the conference in rebounding while Lessears ranks eighth.
Junior center Jayla Jones-Pack ranks third in the MEAC in shooting percentage at 51.8 percent, while Lessears ranks sixth at 48.4 percent. Winters ranks ninth with at 46.8 percent.

The Morgan State Bears: Morgan State has won three of the last four games including a 74-67 win against Howard on Saturday. The Bears are led by Chelsea Mitchell with 13.7 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. Dahnye Redd averages 13.5 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per game and Ashia McCalla averages 12.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.
The Aggies hold a 40-23 advantage over the Bears including a 16-13 record in Baltimore.  N.C. A&T has won the last eight meetings with the last lost, 85-83, in overtime in Baltimore, during the 2011-12 season.

A&T looks for 29: The Aggies have won the last 28 regular season MEAC games.  Their last MEAC loss was a home loss to Hampton, 63-51, on Feb. 3, 2018.
The last road MEAC loss was on Feb. 20,2017 with a 58-50 loss at Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Md.  Since then, the Aggies have won the last 19 regular season MEAC games on the road, eight last season, eight in 2017-18 and three this season.

Rankings: The Aggies ranks second in the MEAC with 22.81 turnovers forced, which ranks eighth in the National Collegiate Athletic Association and leads the MEAC with a 24.9 3-point field goal percentage defense, which ranks eighth in the NCAA.  The Aggies also rank in the top-10 with a 33.7 field goal percentage defense, which leads the MEAC and ranks 10th in the NCAA.
N.C. A&T ranks second in the conference with 71 blocked shots, which ranks 64th in the NCAA and ranks second in the conference with 4.4 blocked shots per game, which ranks 52nd in the country.

The Aggies lead the conference holding opponents to 56.4 points per game, which ranks 26th in the NCAA and leads the MEAC with a scoring margin of 13.7 points per game, which ranks 35th in the country.
