AGGIES OVERVIEW: The Aggies saw their four-game winning streak come to an end last game, losing to Coppin State, 79-75. Ronald Jackson notched his eighth double-double of the year with 21 points and 14 rebounds. In Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) action, Jackson leads the league in rebounding at 12.8 boards per game. The Aggies lead the conference in nine statistical categories in conference play (scoring offense, scoring margin, field goal percentage defense, three-point percentage defense, rebounding offense, assists, turnover margin, assist-to-turnover ratio and defensive rebounds). Acting head coach Will Jones is 4-2 since taking over the program in late December.
 
BEARS OVERVIEW: The Bears won their last game against Howard on Saturday, 68-58. Sophomore Malik Miller recorded his second career double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. The Bears have six players averaging double-figure scoring led by David Syfax, Jr. at 15.0 points per game. Morgan State was projected to finish eighth in the MEAC Preseason Poll. The Bears had two Preseason All-MEAC selections in Stanley Davis (second team) and Sherwyn Devoinish-Prince (third team). First-year head coach Kevin Broadus is 9-11 at Morgan State after coming over from the University of Maryland, where he was the top assistant and lead recruiter.
