AGGIES OVERVIEW:Â The Aggies are coming off a 97-90 overtime win over Florida A&M on Monday night to begin Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play. The Aggies have won two straight, their longest win streak of the season thus far. Junior guard
Kameron Langley had double-doubles in both games, scoring 16 points and grabbing 11 rebounds against FAMU scoring 10 points and dishing out 11 assists against Mid-Atlantic Christian. Senior
Ronald Jackson leads the Aggies in both scoring and rebounding. Junior
Tyler Maye returned from injury three games ago. He is averaging 15.6 points since that time. Acting head coach Will Jones is 2-1 since taking over the team in late December.

HAWKS OVERVIEW:Â The Hawks won their opening conference game against Howard, 78-66. Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) was projected to finish 11
th in the MEAC preseason poll. Their other win this season came against Clarks Summit on Dec. 8. The Hawks average 54.4 points per game and surrender 73.4 points per game. Ty Gibson leads the way in scoring for UMES averaging 8.4 points per game. Their leading rebounder is AJ Cheeseman, hauls in 4.7 boards per contest. The Hawks are led by head coach Jason Crafton, who is in his first season.
