2022 Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets during the season ... Ran a personal-best 3:57.35 in the 1500 meters at the Big South Conference outdoor championships to finish seventh and to score for the Aggies in the event on May 11 ... Ran a personal-best 1:54.65 at High Point University's Meet of Champions in the 800m to finish 14th on April 22 ... Ran a personal-best 15:32.23 in the 5000m at A&T's Aggie Invitational on April 9 to finish third ... Placed third in the 800m at HPU's Bob Davidson Memorial by running a 1:57.42. 

2022 Indoor Season: Competed in four meets during the season ... Helped the team of Jalen Chin, Reheem Hayles and Morris Kimble finish fifth in the DMR at the Big South championships in 10:28.52 to score four points for the Aggies ... Ran a personal best in the mile at Clemson's Bob Pollock Invitational on Jan. 28 with a time of 4:31.78. 

2019 Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets during the season ... Placed fifth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the MEAC championships with a personal-best 9:44.84 on April 26 ... Won the 5000m at A&T's Aggie Invitational on April 13 with a time of 15:51.34. 

High School: Participated in track and field for Hope Mills South View High School ... Ran a personal-best 4:36.74 in the outdoor 1-mile run at the 2017 North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) Class 4A East Regional to finish fourth ... Won the Mid-South Conference Championship in the outdoor 1600m run in 4:36.86 ... Ran a personal-best outdoor 2-mile in 11:19 to win the Cape Fear Valley Conference Meet-5 in 2015 ...
