Aggies did a tremendous job with signing transfers in 2020 and Gbolade was one of those excellent transfers as she came to Aggieland from UConn … Should help the Aggies in middle distance races, the distance medley and the 4x400 indoor and outdoor … Has two years of eligibility remaining with the Aggies.

2020 Outdoor Season (UConn): Season was canceled because of COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor Season (UConn): Competed in seven meets during the season … Helped the Huskies 4x400-meter relay team finish fourth at the American Indoor Track and Field Championships … At the same meet, placed seventh in the 800m with a time of 2:11.34 … Placed second in the 800m at the NEICIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships (Jan. 31-Feb.1) with a time of 2:12.62 … Opened the season by helping her 4x400 team win at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 7,2019) with a time of 3:47.81 … At the same meet, she finished second in the 600m (1:34.02).

2019 Outdoor Season (UConn): Competed at six meets in the 800, DMR, and 4x400...Posted five top-10 finishes...Took gold at Brown Springtime Invitational in the 800 at 2:15.05...A part of a DMR team that finished second overall with a time of 11:51.49.

2019 Indoor Season (UConn): Competed at seven meets in 1000, 4x400, 800, 500, and DMR...Finished in the top-20 nine times...A part of a relay team that took gold at IC4A/ECAC indoor championships with a time of 3:41.09.

High School: Attended and participated in track and field at Miami Northwestern High School … Finished second in the 800m at the 2018 Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) outdoor championships … Placed second in the 800m at the 2018 FHSAA 3-A Region 4 outdoor championships … Finished 65^th at the 2017 FHSAA state cross country meet … Placed fourth at the 2017 FHSAA 3-A District-16 Cross Country Championships … Placed sixth in the 800m at the 2017 New Balance National Outdoors hosted by N.C.
