Biography

Breakdown: He is one of three tight ends on the roster...Will battle with Tevin Williams and John Stanfield for playing time at the position...He is a good overall athlete with a 101-inch wingspan and a 30 ½ inch vertical...Also has power, which will make it difficult for one defender to take him down...Can bench 225 pounds 20 times and his bench max is 350 pounds...The criminal justice major is a scholar athlete.

2011 Season: Played in one game without a start...The only game he made an appearance in was at Morgan State on Oct. 1.

High School: Played three varsity seasons under head coaches Jim Beatty and Roger Cox...He also attended Robun Gap Nacoochee and West Henderson High Schools...Also participated in basketball, baseball and track and field...Earned the most improved awards in baseball and basketball.
