Dillard’s size makes him a threat on the outside … Shows signs of being a standout receiver during the 2024 season … His long strides make it hard for defenders to match up… He also has a large catch radius … He has the speed to catch the deep ball and is physical enough to make tough catches in traffic … He possesses elite footwork and excellent ball skills … He made the CAA All-Academic team with honors … He is also a North Carolina A&T scholar athlete.

2024 Season: Played in 12 games with nine starts … Ranked second on the team in receptions with 33 … Compiled 393 yards receiving, also second best on the team … Carried the ball three times for 16 yards … Made a season-best five receptions for a season-best 71 yards receiving in A&T’s loss to the University of Delaware on Sept. 14 … Had a season-high 43-yard reception against S.C. State on Sept. 28 … Also had a 20-yard reception on the same drive, leading to a 30-yard second-quarter field goal  … Made four receptions for 37 yards at Towson on Nov. 16.

2023 Season: He did not play a game during the season. He took a redshirt.

High School: Played three years of varsity football at Miller Grove under head coach Melvin Brown …  Made 41 catches for 683 yards and six touchdowns as a senior … Earned first-team All-Region 6 4A accolades as a result …  Also earned first-team All-County … Named Black Scholar Athlete of the Year by the Black College Hall of Fame.
