Proved to be a fantastic addition to the Aggie pitching staff as a freshman … Has a sidearm delivery from the right-hand side … Can come off the mound to make a play in the field if need be with his athleticism … Pitching coach Jamie Serber will look to mold him into a starter in the weekend rotation.  

2022 Season: Made 17 appearances including 10 starts as a freshman … Tallied a 7.57 ERA in 69.0 innings pitched with a 1-6 record … Also earned one save … Struck out 51 batters while walking 27 … Earned his first career win on March 15 against Appalachian State when he tossed 6.2 innings and gave up one run with three strikeouts … Earned the save on Feb. 25 against UMass-Lowell going three innings and allowing one run with three strikeouts.  

High School: Was a three-sport athlete at Louisburg High School … Played basketball and football alongside baseball … Was a three-time all-conference selection in football and a four-time honoree in baseball.  

Personal: Full name is Stuart Jaheim Brown … Born on May 26, 2003 to Stuart and Laura Brown … Has four siblings, three brothers, Tre, Jaylen and Travis and one sister, Kia … Is a business management major at A&T … Favorite book is Just Mercy … Favorite TV show is All-American … Favorite food is seafood … Is the cousin of legendary A&T running back Tarik Cohen.
