Biography

Boyer has tremendous promise as both a hitter and blocker for the Aggies...Should be an offensive threat for the Aggies in year one...Has the competitive spirit and drive to be a standout player in the MEAC.

2010 Season:

Boyer competed in 33 matches, started in 29 of them, and played in 98 total sets...She finished the season with 115 kills, a .015 attack percentage, 18 assists, 15 service aces, 112 digs and 1 blocked shot... Boyer posted a season-high nine kills with three service aces at Navy on Oct. 4...collected a season-high five blocks on Oct. 1 against Coppin State...Posted eight digs on Oct. 15 at Bethune-Cookman...had a .500 attack percentage on Sept. 7 against Marshall (eight kills with two errors in 12 total attempts)...had five assists on Oct. 1 against Coppin State.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Played three varsity seasons at Lithia Springs High School...She is a two-time All-Area and All-County performer...Earned the Best Offensive Player award...Boyer also made the swimming team in 2008...Academically, she was a Spanish Honor Society student for four years and a was a member of the National Beta Club for three years...Was also voted Sophomore Class President
