Has settled into a pinch-hitting role for the Aggies … Hits for power from the left side of the batter’s box … Provides A&T with depth and another capable hitter on the roster.  

 2022 Season: Appeared in 21 games making seven starts as a sophomore … Tallied a .214 average spraying nine hits over 42 at-bats … Three of his nine hits were all doubles … Also gathered six RBI for a .286 slugging percentage … Drew two walks and scored three runs throughout the season … First career hit came on March 5 against Holy Cross … Went 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI on April 15 against Campbell … Also turned in a .900 fielding percentage with 16 putouts in the outfield.  

 2021 Season: Did not appear during the season.  

 High School: Played varsity baseball for three seasons at South Stokes High School in Walnut Cove, N.C. … Was a three-time all-conference and all-county player … Finished his career with a .338 batting average.  

 Personal: Full name is Shemar Dalton … Born on July 19, 2001 to Valeria Haliburton and Tony Dalton … Has two sisters, Jakira and Alexus … Is a business administration major at A&T … Other interests include collecting shoes and playing video games … Favorite book is Hatchet and Tears of a Tiger … Favorite tv shows are Last Chance U, QB1 and Lucifer … Favorite food is fried chicken and mac and cheese.
