Breakdown:  Could step in to be the Aggies defensive leader this season...He is an exciting football player who can make big hits and big plays...Coaches would like him to become more aggressive, but admittedly, he could develop into one of the best linebackers in the MEAC...Earned playing time during his first season as an Aggie...He has been described as a tenacious player who can cover a lot of space in a short amount of time...Will go into camp as the No. 1 weakside linebacker...Had an excellent spring practice in 2011 after missing last year's spring practice and Spring Game with an injury.

2010 Season: Played in 11 games with five starts...Made a career-best 44 tackles with 21 of those tackles coming as solo...Made his first start of the season at Hampton on Sept. 18...Made six tackles in the Aggies 35-21 loss to the Pirates...Started the next week at N.C. Central and made six tackles in a 27-16 Aggies loss...Made a career-best seven tackles and had one sack against Winston-Salem State on Sept. 4...His sack of Winston-Salem State quarterback Kameron Smith in the fourth quarter forced the Rams to punt...Also made seven tackles against Tennessee State on Oct. 2 in the Circle City Classic.

2009 Season: Played in 10 games with three starts...Made seven tackles, including five solo tackles at Delaware State on Oct. 18...Made four tackles at Bethune-Cookman on Nov. 1.

High School: Played two varsity seasons under David Riggs...Made all-conference honorable mention...Was a two-time MVP sprinter on his track and field team.
