Hard worker who seeks improvement daily … Attended N.C. A&T’s volleyball summer camp where the coaching staff noticed she was a player that fits what they were looking for in an Aggies volleyball player because she is eager to learn, grow and most importantly, compete … Progressed immensely under her club coach Keisha Demps before entering N.C. A&T … A long and tall player who is excellent at hitting for power at net … Can also hit good angles with power  … Proved to be one of the best defenders in the MEAC at the net in her third season with the program … Helped the Aggies reach their first-ever postseason appearance with a match in the National Invitational Volleyball Championship (NIVC) tournament … Also helped the Aggies break the school record in conference as the Aggies went 13-1 in the MEAC in 2019 … The following season, led the Aggies to their first-ever MEAC tournament championship and an appearance in the NCAA tournament … Has played in 225 sets over 75 matches with 29 starts … Has 141 career kills, 343 total attacks and a career .274 hitting percentage … Also has 170 areer blocks. 

2019 Season:  Played in 91 sets over 29 matches with 11 starts … Recorded 52 kills, 106 total blocks, 77 block assists and a .353 hitting percentage … Averaged 1.11 blocks per set to lead the MEAC … In MEAC play only, she averaged 1.27 blocks … Earned all-tournament honors in leading the Aggies to the MEAC tournament championship … Recorded 58 kills and posted a .295 hitting percentage … Named MEAC Defensive Specialist of the Week three times this season (Sept. 16, Oct. 7, Oct. 28)   … In the tournament, had 10 kills on 19 attack errors with only three kills to record a .368 hitting percentage in a 3-2 thrilling win over Delaware State in the MEAC semis on April 2 …Also had nine blocks in the contest …  In the championship versus Coppin State on April 3, she had seven kills, six blocks, zero attack errors and 10 attack errors to record a .500 hitting percentage to lead the Aggies to a four-set victory … Set a career-high nine blocks twice, the other occasion was against Howard on Oct. 27 … Also set a career-best of five digs against Drake (Sept. 21) … Recorded a season-best of seven kills at Howard (Oct. 27) … Recorded 17.0 blocks against North Carolina Central (Oct. 1) and at Coppin State (Oct. 4) for an average of 1.7 blocks.

2018 Season: Played in 43 sets over 17 matches with seven starts in her first collegiate season … Had 31 kills and 24 blocks during her first season … Recorded five kills with a .364 hitting percentage and a career-high five blocks in her first collegiate match against Jackson State on Aug. 25 … Started seven of the first 10 games of the season and recorded a career-high nine kills against Delaware State on Sept. 7 … Recorded four blocks and three kills with a .500 hitting percentage at Savannah State on Oct. 6 … Averaged 0.56 blocks during the season.

High School: Played four years of varsity in high school for Jason Boyette … Was a two-time all-conference member as a freshman and earned first-team all-conference honors as a senior … Named most outstanding player as a sophomore and senior … Made the all-academic team four straight years … Lettered in basketball and track and field … Sister Sharmani Hall is a former N.C. A&T track and field student-athlete.
