Finished her career as an NCAT Aggie legend in the sport of volleyball … Developed into one of the most versatile players in the nation over her career … Has developed into one of the most versatile players in the MEAC … She is the only player in program history to win two conference player of the year honors and one of only five student-athletes to win multiple players of the year joining football’s Tarik Cohen and Connell Maynor, bowling’s Emily Strombeck and men’s basketball’s Joe Binion … Named N.C. A&T’s female athlete of the year in 2021 … A&T joined the Big South Conference in the fall of 2021, where Brewer earned first-team All-Big South honors … Provided the Aggies with a tremendous defensive presence with her height as a setter … Following her freshman season, received a tryout for the U.S. women's volleyball national team ... 2021 Fall Season: Played in 31 matches and 118 sets … Averaged 5.58 assists, 2.63 digs, 2.58 points, 1.99 kills, 0.52 blocks and 0.32 service aces … Named first-team All-Big South and AVCA all-South region for the third consecutive season … Earned Big South player on the week honors on Sept. 20 … … Recorded 15 double-doubles, including six triple-doubles … In the two Big South tournament matches, Brewer recorded 27 kills, 36 assists and 24 digs with two triple-doubles to earn all-tournament honors … Recorded a season-high 16 kills at USC Upstate (Sept. 25) and at the Big South tournament against USC Upstate (Nov. 19) … Posted at least 10 kills in nine matches, including three of the final four … Recorded a season-high 36 assists at Campbell on Oct. 29 … Had at least 20 assists in 18 matches … Posted a season-high four service aces on three separate occasions … Recorded a season-high 20 digs against USC Upstate on Nov. 12 … Had at least10 digs in 15 matches, including five of the final six matches.
2021 Spring Season: Played in 13 matches with nine starts over a total of 45 sets played … Averaged 1.89 kills, 6.62 assists, 0.58 services aces, 2.47 digs and 0.64 blocks with a .195 hitting percentage … Named the MEAC player of the year for the second consecutive season while earning first-team All-MEAC honors … Recorded a triple-double with 14 kills, 30 assists and 17 digs against Delaware State (April 2) in the MEAC tournament semifinal … Recorded four double-doubles with 30 assists and 11 digs against ECU (Feb. 5), with 19 assists and 12 digs against Norfolk State (Feb. 11), at South Carolina State (Feb. 25) with 21 assists and 14 digs, and with 32 assists and 13 digs at ECU (March 26) … Ranked sixth in the nation in service aces per set … Ranked fourth in the MEAC in assists per set and second in service aces per set … Also ranked ninth in digs per set.
2019 Season: Played in 31 matches with 14 starts in 115 sets played … Named MEAC player of the year at the end of the season … Named first-team All-MEAC after the season … Averaged 2.79 kills, 5.68 assists and 0.32 service aces per set … Totaled 321 kills, 653 assists and 37 service aces … Averaged 0.65 blocks and 2.51 digs per set and totaled 35 blocks (six solo) and 289 digs … Posted a .260 hitting percentage with 832 total attacks and 132 attack errors … Led the Aggies to the MEAC southern division title … Ranked seventh in the MEAC in assists, ninth in hitting percentage and ninth in kills … Nationally, ranked second in the nation triple-doubles with eight … Won MEAC player of the week three times during the season and conference setter of the week once … Earned her first triple-double of the season on Sept. 13 when she posted 11 kills, 34 assists and 14 digs on a .500 hitting percentage in a 3-1 win over Gardner-Webb … Had back-to-back triple doubles on Sept. 20 and 21 against Western Carolina and Drake …. Had 11 kills, 34 assists and 17 digs against WCU and posted a season-high 22 kills, 30 assists and 10 digs on a .351 hitting percentage against Drake … Had 15 kills, 34 assists and 10 digs on a .324 hitting percentage in a 3-2 win over Coppin State on Oct. 4 … At the MEAC tournament, posted 14 kills, 33 assists, 11 digs and four blocks in the Aggies 3-1 win on Nov. 22.
2018 Season: Played in and started 24 matches … Played 86 sets and totaled 147 kills (1.71) with 381 total attacks for hitting percentage of .210 … Also compiled 646 assists (7.51) and 28 service aces (0.33) … Recorded 38 blocks (0.44), 180 digs (2.09) and finished the season with 196.5 points, the second highest total on the team … Led the team in assists and service aces for the second straight season … Ranked 128th in the nation and 11th in the MEAC in service aces … Ranked sixth in the conference in assists … Finished the season with four double-figure kill matches, six double-figure dig matches and had 10 matches where she registered 30 or more assists … Posted eight double-doubles during the season, four consisting of assists and kills and four consisting of assists and digs … Named MEAC Setter of the Week on Aug. 27 … Had 120 assists over 12 sets played against Alabama A&M, Alabama State and Jackson State as the Aggies went 3-0 at the ISTAP College Cup Cartersville, Ga … Posted 16 kills and 33 assists in a 3-1 win over N.C. Central on Oct. 12 … Had 12 kills and 20 assists in the Aggies 3-0 win over NCCU in Durham on Nov. 8 … Had eight kills, no attack errors, 33 assists, 13 digs and a .571 hitting percentage in a 3-1 win over S.C. State on Nov. 2 … Finished with 11 kills, 27 assists and nine digs with a .450 hitting percentage to lead the Aggies to MEAC quarterfinals win over MDES … In the historic semifinal win over FAMU, she finished with 10 kills, 24 assists and a .350 hitting percentage.
2017 Season: Played in 28 matches with 27 starts in 86 sets played … Totaled 588 assists (6.0 per set), 211 digs (2.15), 158 kills (1.61), 44 service aces (0.45) and 42 blocks … Completed the season with a .206 hitting percentage … Led the team in assists and service aces … Ranked 17th nationally and second in the MEAC in service aces per set … Ranked 35th in the nation in service aces … Ranked 10th in MEAC in assists … Finished with six double-figure dig matches … Had 27 double-figure assists matches with nine 25-plus assists performances … Posted six double-doubles … Named MEAC Rookie of the Week on Oct. 9 … Was the only MEAC player to notch a triple-double in 2017 registering a season-high13 kills to go along with 25 assists and 11 digs in a 3-1 win over Gardner-Webb at Moore Gymnasium … She also had a season-high three blocks against GWU … Posted nine kills, 31 assists and added eight digs in a 3-2 win at NCCU on Sept. 28 … Had a season-high 33 assists to go along with four kills and eight digs in a 3-0 win vs. Mississippi Valley State on Sept. 8.
High School: Played two years of varsity volleyball at Lakota East High School… Was a two-year varsity player who was named conference player of the year and was an all-district and all-state honorable mention … As a senior was named first-team all-conference and second-team all-district … Was an honor roll student throughout high school … Was selected as one of 19 members to the Junior Volleyball Association All-American team in 2016 representing the 2017 class … Her club team was Elevation 18-Lovett.
