2014 Season: Played in 24 games with 15 starts…Batted .200 and recorded eight hits, seven RBI, seven runs, three doubles and two home runs … Finished with two hits, two RBI, and recorded a double against Towson (March 19) and Savannah State (April 13) … Also doubled and recorded a RBI against Delaware State (May 8) at the MEAC tournament … Hit her first career homer, a solo shot in her fourth appearance against Tennessee State on March 7 … Homered again against Savannah State and went 2-for-4 in a 9-7 loss to Savannah State on April 13.

High School: Attended Southwest Guilford where she played varsity softball for four years … Received two all-conference awards and all-area honor during her sophomore and senior seasons … Was nominated for the USA Junior Softball Player award.

Personal: Full name is Charity Douglas…She is the daughter of Tamara and Daniel Humphrey …She has one sibling, NaTashia and was born on Oct. 2, 1995…Her major is journalism and mass communications with a concentration in multimedia…Plans on working at ESPN or “Good Morning America” after graduation…Spent the summer working …Chose A&T to learn more about her culture … Her favorite food is pizza, and her favorite television show is “Scandal”…Her goals for the season are to become a better third baseman.
