North Carolina A&T

Wesson is an impressive athlete who will cover a lot of ground for the Aggies around the net … She comes to A&T as a physical middle with an excellent feel for the game … Has outstanding lateral footwork, and possesses quick hops off the floor … Will present an offensive threat and can run multiple play sets … Should be a fun player to watch compete at Moore Gymnasium. 

High School: Wesson played high school volleyball at Trinity … She played three varsity seasons for Trinity … Earned AAU All-America honors out of Texas … Made the AAU’s Most Impactful Player Team in 2021 … Also earned second-team All-District in 2021 … Made the district’s All-Academic team twice … She also played soccer and participated in track and field during in high school. 

Personal: Wesson was born on April 4, 2005 … She is the daughter of Seanna Wesson … Has one sibling, Samara Wesson … She is a sports medicine major … She enjoys watching Creed II, listening to Kehlani and eating pizza … She also likes to bake … Enjoyed the people and the atmosphere at A&T on her visit.
