athleticism around the net will continue to be a major positive for the
Aggies...Developed into a stronger offensive player in 2011, and will be asked
to be a leader because of her experience on the court and for her academic
success off of it...Possesses tremendous leaping ability with the desire to
become more an offensive weapon this season...Was named to the 2011 MEAC
All-Academic team...She is also an A&T scholar athlete.
2011 Season: Played in 29 matches with 28
starts...Ended her sophomore campaign with 81 kills, 12 service aces, 110 digs
and 14 block assists...Had a career-high 10 kills in 23 total attacks in a win
over Savannah State on Oct. 16...Also had two matches with a season-high 12 digs
on Sept. 27 at Norfolk State and on Nov. 11 at Savannah State...Ranked fourth on
the team in kills...Was fourth on the team with 100.0 points, and 1.11 points per
set...Ranked fourth on the team with 12 service aces and 110 digs.
2010 Season: Competed
in 19 sets, starting in one match, while making 14 appearances her freshman
year...Ended the season with seven kills, a .095 attack percentage, and 12
digs... Had two digs in the team's first win on Sept. 3 against Savannah
State...Had a .500 attack percentage on Sept. 15 against UNC Greensboro and on
Oct. 31 against Florida A&M...Recorded three kills and four digs on Oct. 27
against S.C. Update.
High School: Finished
a brilliant career at J.F. Webb, one that saw her excel academically as well as
athletically...Earned all-conference honors, and was named team MVP...Also
earned Student of Merit and Honor Student accolades during her career...Is the
other half of the Webb duo that advanced to the state semifinals, joining Aggie
teammate Andrea Evans.

is Devonte' Camay Reese...She is the daughter of Joanne and Mark Barbee...Her
three siblings are Janay, Darren and PaShara...She is a criminal justice major
born on Nov. 7, 1991.
