Tijhmir Glasco became a volunteer assistant volleyball coach under Hal Clifton in September of 2022. Clifton promoted Glasco to one of his full-time assistants on July 14, 2023. Glasco plays for Carolina University’s men’s volleyball team, a program where Glasco is one of the original members of the new program for the Winston-Salem, N.C., private Christian University.Â
Glasco has helped Carolina University reach two National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) tournaments and ranked third in the nation assists pet set in 2022. From a coaching standpoint, he managed the Carolina University women’s volleyball team in 2020-21. He also coached for the Twin Cities Volleyball Academy from 2020-22. He also started coaching for the Piedmont Volleyball Club in 2022.Â
A native of Lancaster, S.C., Glasco attended and graduated from the Comenius School For Creative Leadership in Fort Mill, S.C. He is studying criminal justice at Carolina University.Â
