2009-2010 Season: Placed sixth at the 2010 MEAC Indoor Championships in the distance medley with a time of 10:39.63

2008-2009 Season: Earned sixth place in the 2009 MEAC Outdoor Championship in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:05.35

High School: Graduated from Lutheran High School where he ran varsity track and field for four years and earned All-State accomplishments in both cross country and track and field

Personal: Liggins is a senior Mechanical Engineering major and has earned numerous student-athlete academic awards... Enjoys reading and learning new things every day...Son of Craig and Karen Liggins... Born April 1, 1990
