Started his career at UNC Asheville…Should add depth for the Aggies in their middle distance and distance races.

2010-11 Indoor (UNC Asheville): Competed in four indoor meets for the Bulldogs…Placed fourth in the 800 at the 2011 Appalachian Open Indoor Track Meet with a time of 1:59.74…Also placed fourth with his 4x400 meter relay team at the Kent Taylor Run for the Kids.

High School: Competed for Salisbury High School for four years under Mike Allen…Led Salisbury to two state championships…Was a three-time all-conference and two-time All-State performer…His personal best in the 400 meters was 49.8, in the 800 it is 1:57 and in the 1600 it is 4:26…Was also a scholar athlete.

Personal: Full name is Nicholas Summers…He is the son of Tonya Alexander and Stephone Summers…Has four siblings, Jay, Quez, N. Alexander and Reesie…He was born on July 1, 1992…His major is sports science and fitness management…Plans to coach track and field after graduation.
