Harris transferred to North Carolina A&T from Division II Mount Olive…Competed one season apiece for Mount Olive’s indoor and outdoor track and field programs…Provides the Aggies with a jumper and sprinter…His personal-bests at Mount Olive include a 6-foot, 2-inch high jump at the 2013 Carolinas Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships, a 21-foot, 10 ¾ inch leap in long jump at the 2013 Carolinas Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships and a 46-foot, ¾ inch jump in the triple jump at the same meet…Was used exclusively as an indoor high jumper in his first season as an Aggie.
2013-14 Indoor Season: Competed in five indoor meets… Jumped his personal-best in the high jump of 6-feet, 2-inches at the Wake Forest Invitational… Placed sixth in the high jump at the Gene Anderson Invitational with a leap of 5-feet, 10 ¾ inches … Also placed sixth in the high jump at the Joe Hilton Invitational with a jump of 6-feet, ¾ inches.
2012-13 at Mount Olive: Competed in two meets during the indoor season…Finished fifth at the Carolinas Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 16 with a jump of 6-feet, 2-inches…Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season…Won the Carolinas Conference triple jump championship on April 20 with a jump of 46-feet, ¾ inches…Helped Mount Olive’s 4x100 meter relay team finish third at the same meet as the team finished with a time of 43.10…Placed second at the 2013 Lynchburg College Dr. TomsOpen with a triple jump of 44-feet, 8-inches…Jumped 45-feet, 4 ¼ inches to finish second in the triple jump at the Chanticleer Classic on April 13.
