Kaila Fletcher joined the North Carolina A&T sports medicine staff in October 2025. She serves as the athletic trainer for the baseball program. Fletcher joins the Aggies after spending a season in the Houston Astros minor league system, where she served as an athletic trainer in Corpus Christi, Texas (AA).
A native of Stevens Point, Wis., Fletcher earned her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin in 2023. She continued her education at the University of South Carolina, earning her Master of Science in athletic training in 2025. During her time with the Gamecocks, she assisted with the care of their football and baseball athletes.
She currently resides in High Point, NC, with her golden retriever, Murphy.
