North Carolina A&T head baseball coach Ben Hall named Justin Guy an assistant volunteer coach for the program on October 12, 2022.
Guy, a local product from Southeast Guilford High School, will assist in all facets of program and player development and coordinate the team’s travel throughout the season.
He is fresh off a successful collegiate baseball career with the Wingate Bulldogs, where he served as the starting center fielder and was a part of the 2021 Division II national championship team. Guy played in 202 games and tallied a career .251 batting average with 169 hits, including 33 doubles, with 102 RBI. He was also a career .980 defender in the outfield.
His grandmother, Patsy Frazelle, was the longtime ticket manager at North Carolina A&T.
