Has developed into one of the best cross country runners in the program … Has steadily improved each season which has translated to improvement in indoor and outdoor track for the N.C. A&T women’s program … Looks to be one of the team leaders during the 2019 season. 

2018 Season: Competed in five meets during the season with all but one of those meets being a 5k events… Ran Elon’s 2.49-mile course in 16:08.7 for a 38^thplace finish on Aug. 31 … Finished 20^thhelping the Aggies place third at the MEAC Cross Country Championships after completing the course in 20:34.5 … Placed second at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational at Hagan Stone Park with a season-best 19:44.1 to lead the Aggies to victory in the event … Helped the Aggies to a second-place finish at the Great American XC Festival on Oct. 6 by finishing in eighth place with a time of 19:49.1. 

2017 Season: Competed in six meets during the season with four 5k races, one 6k race, and one 2.48 mile race … Ran a personal-best 19:24.5 in the 5k to place 18^that the MEAC Cross Country Championships … Her finish helped the Aggies place fourth at the MEAC meet … Ran the 5k adidas XC Challenge hosted by N.C. State in 19:51.3 … Led the Aggies to a second-place finish at the Great American Cross Country Festival on Oct. 7 by running the 5k race in 19:40.0 to place seventh. 

2016 Season: Competed in seven meets during the season with six 5k races and one 2k race … Had her best time of the season at the MEAC Cross Country Championships where she finished 26^thin 20:12.4 on Oct. 29 at Delaware State … Two weeks earlier on the same course, she finished the DSU Pre-Conference Run Invitational in 21:06.3 for a 13^th-place finish … Placed 10^that the Elon XC Invitational with a time of 23:46.7 in the 3.1-mile event. 

High School: Competed in track and field at Wake Forest Rolesville … Entered the collegiate ranks with a personal-best 57.03 in the 400 … Earned All-State honors by finishing in sixth place in the 400 at the state championships … Also earned All-State honors in the 500 with a seventh-place finish at states … Competed for the Carolina Elite of Raleigh for her track club … Qualified for the 800 at the USATF Junior Olympics where she earned All-American status with a time of 2:16.57.
