Was a key member of the Aggies cross country program for four seasons … Helped the Aggies win their first Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) men’s cross country title in 36 years when they won the title in 2018 … Was also a key part of the Aggies four straight MEAC indoor titles and three straight MEAC outdoor titles … Displayed tremendous speed, strength and endurance during his career … Earned three All-MEAC honors during his career … Competed in 24 races during his career where he earned 13 top-15 finishes.
 
2019 Season: Competed in six races during his senior season … Earned All-MEAC honors by finishing in eighth place at the MEAC Men’s Cross Country Championships on Oct. 26 … The top-15 runners are considered All-MEAC honorees … Finished fifth at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational at Hagan Stone Park on Sept. 28 … Finished seventh at the Great American XC Festival in Cary, N.C., to help the Aggies win the event as he crossed in 29:32.1.
 
2018 Season: Competed in five races during the season … Opened the season by running a 20:48.9 at the 6k Elon Opener on Aug. 31 … Earned All-MEAC honors by finishing seventh at the MEAC Men’s Cross Country Championships on Oct. 27 in Smyrna, Del. … Placed fifth at Greensboro Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 29 to help the Aggies win the event as he crossed the finish line in 27:47.9.
 
2017 Season: Competed in six races during the season … Earned All-MEAC honors by finishing 15^th at the MEAC Men’s Cross Country Championships in Delaware on Oct. 28 … Ran a 6k personal-best 19:53.1 at the adidas XC Challenge hosted by N.C. State in Cary, N.C., on Sept. 15 … Placed second at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational at Hagan Stone Park by finishing the 8k event in 26:30.0.
 
2016 Season: Competed in seven races during his freshman cross country season … Made his collegiate debut in the 5k Western Carolina Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 3 as he finished 20^th in 16:31.5 … Ran his first 8k event at the Elon Opener on Sept. 10 where he finished 11^th in 28:27.4 … Placed 5^th at the Great American XC Festival/HBCU Challenge as he finished the 8k event in 26:58.4 to help the Aggies win the event.
 
High School: Attended and ran cross country at Vance High School … Had his best finish as a junior at the 5k Ashbrook Luminary Run where he finished in 17:42.61 … Qualified for the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) Class 4A West Regional where he ran a 5k time of 17:23.00.
