A&T after spending the first two years of his collegiate career at Western Carolina … Competed for the Aggies in men’s cross country, men’s indoor track and field and men’s outdoor track and field for two years for the Aggies … Added an all-important distance runner to the Aggies lineup … Has good endurance and a good kick when needed … Attended Western Carolina after competing at nearby Grimsley High School … During his career, he competed in 12 races when Western Carolina and N.C. A&T are combined.
2019 Season: Competed in three races during his senior season … Had his best finish of the season during the Great American Cross Country Festival on Oct. 5 where he finished 22nd in 31:44.80 … Finished 29th at the MEAC cross country championships with a time of 28:38.70 on Oct. 26.
2018 Season (N.C. A&T): Competed in five races during his first season as a N.C. A&T Aggie … Four races were 8k and the other was a 6k race … Had his best 8k finish of the season at the Great American Cross Country Festival in Cary, N.C., on Oct. 6 where he finished 32nd in 27:58.80 … Placed 33rd to help the Aggies win the MEAC championship on Oct. 27 with a time of 30:33.90.
2016 Season (Western Carolina): Competed in three races as a sophomore the Catamounts … Finished the WCU Fast Cat XC Invite on Nov. 4 in 16:51.70 to finish 23rd … Finished the Western Carolina University Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 3 in 16:57.80 to place 34th.
2015 Season (Western Carolina): Competed in one race during his freshman season where he finished 18th at the 5k Western Carolina Invitational in 16:31.80 on Sept. 5.
High School: Competed in cross country at nearby Grimsley High School … As a senior, qualified for the Foot Locker South Regional … Placed 22nd at the N.C. High School Athletic Association in 16:24.90 in the 5k event … Finished fourth at the Metro Conference Championships in 17:03.78 … As a junior, he qualified for the Foot Locker South Regional on Nov. 30, 2013 … Placed 26th at the NCHSAA 4A Midwest Regional in 16:42.09 … Finished seventh at the 2013 Metro Conference Championships in 16:42.09 in the 5k event.
