Biography

Played a vital role in the Aggies third straight regular-season title run...In her first season with North Carolina A&T, Murdaugh was a starter for most of the season...Used a valuable baseline jumper to give the Aggies an extra offensive punch...Her most valuable contribution, however, may have been her defense...Possesses the athleticism to guard small forwards and the size to guard power forwards and centers...North Carolina A&T head coach Patricia Cage-Bibbs attributes a lot of the Aggies success in 2008-09 (2009 NCAA participants) to Murdaugh because as a practice player during the year she sat out after transferring, Murdaugh's tenacious play on the defensive end helped the Aggies prepare for battle....Transferred to N.C. A&T from Bowling Green.

2009-10 Season: Played in 33 games with 20 starts...Scored in double figures five times...Averaged 5.0 points, 3.7 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game...Shot .327 from the floor and .698 from the free throw line...Played more than 30 minutes 12 times, including the last three games of the season...Played an integral part in the Aggies run through the Women's National Invitational Tournament...After coming off the bench for 13 straight games, she started all three WNIT games and averaged 6.7 points, 6.0 rebounds and averaged 35.3 minutes...Had 10 points, seven rebounds and was 4-for-8 from the floor in the Aggies second round WNIT win over Charlotte on March 21...Made her first career start as an Aggie on Nov. 13 at Marist in the preseason WNIT...Scored 10 points and had eight rebounds on 4-for-9 shooting in the Aggies 80-64 loss...Started the first 17 games of the season for N.C. A&T...Scored a season-high 13 points and grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds in 34 minutes of action at Norfolk State on Dec. 5.  

BOWLING GREEN CAREER:

Played 34 games for the Falcons and averaged 5.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 22.1 minutes per game...Shot .372 from the field, .608 from the free throw line and blocked 21 shots in 2007-08...Scored 14 points and had five rebounds in a two-point loss to Notre Dame on December 5, 2007...Played a season-high 36 minutes and recorded her first career double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds in a 15-point win over Ohio on January 12, 2008...Scored nine points, grabbed nine rebounds, dished out three assists and blocked two shots in a 3-point loss to Miami of Ohio on January 22, 2008.

DUBLIN SCIOTO HIGH SCHOOL CAREER:

Played four varsity seasons at Dublin Scioto...Named Player of the Year in the state of Ohio...Also earned first-team All-Ohio honors after leading the Lady Irish to a 25-0 regular season...The Lady Irish were also ranked No. 1 in the state of Ohio Murdaugh's senior season.
