Gelpi had a remarkable junior career and high school career … Loves A&T and should develop into a top golfer in the Aggies program … She is considered a great person, teammate, and a great talent who is driven to accomplish her goals … Had an outstanding freshman season for A&T and looks to come into her sophomore season as one of the team’s leaders. 

 2021-2022 Season:  She competed in seven tournaments and two match-play events during the season … Played 18 rounds where she totaled 1,442 strokes for an average score of 80.11 … She had five top-25 finishes and two top-10 finishes … Finished tied for second at the Maryland Eastern Shore Challenge with an 11-over par 72 to help the Aggies win the event on Oct. 27 … Placed 10th at the National Women’s Collegiate Championship by shooting a 17-over 161 to help the Aggies win their second event of the season on April 27 … Finished 19th at the PGA Works Championship with a 30-over 246, enabling the Aggies to finish third on May 4. 

High School: Played her high school golf at Rockwood under head coach Nick Buterbaugh … She is a two-time state runner-up … Shot a final round 74 in the state finals in October 2022 at York’s Heritage Hills Golf Resort to win the girls Class 2A Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) state title …She became just second player from her area to win a state title … Gelpi was a four-time state qualifier who won four consecutive District 5 2A championships and four straight WestPAC titles … Her worst finish at states was seventh in 2018 … In addition to all of her championships, Gelpi was also a three-time Dr. Wheeling Tournament girls champion at Sunnehanna … Also won the Dr. Wheeling overall championship title, and she is four-time All-WestPac standout … Recorded 56 junior tournament wins, and she qualified for the Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship. 

Personal: Full name is Vileski Gelpi … She has been playing golf since she was 5 … Her favorite subject is Spanish … Loves to go hunting with her father after golf season.
