2011 Season: Competed in four races during the season…Ran a personal best 23:21 at the HBCU Challenge in Cary, N.C., Oct. 1…Finished the Elon Invitational in 23:48 on Sept. 17.

High School:  Attended Millbrook High School where she holds six school records in track and field, won the state championship in the 4x400-meter relay and won three conference championships.

Personal:  Full name is Natalia Roshel Bygrave...She often goes by the name Roshel...Majors in psychology and loves helping others work through their problems... She is the daughter of Yvonne Richardson and was born March 31, 1992.
