Outstanding pitching prospect who came to N.C. A&T from nearby Eastern Alamance … Was brought in to be a starting pitcher for the Aggies, perhaps their No. 1 pitcher … Has a good fastball and also possesses a good drop pitch in repertoire.

2020 Season: Season ended early because of the COVID-19 pandemic … Before the season ended, she made 14 appearances with seven starts and compiled a 2-7 record … Finished the season with an 11.34 ERA to go along with 27 strikeouts and 64 walks … Made her first start of the season on Feb. 8 against Hampton where she pitched 4.1 innings and took the loss … Earned her first win of the season on March 6 against Detroit Mercy where she pitched five innings of relief giving up two runs (one earned) and only two hits while striking out five in the Aggies 8-7 win … Made the start the next day against Valparaiso as she pitched a complete game (seven innings) while giving up four runs (three earned) on seven hits while striking out three in the Aggies won 10-4 to improve Kirby’s record to 2-7.

2019 Season: Made three appearances with no starts … Finished the season 0-0 with a 28.00 ERA … Pitched in games against Indiana (Feb. 23), Florida A&M (April 14) and Elon (April 24).

2018 Season: Made 16 appearances with 11 starts as a freshman at N.C. A&T … Finished the season 0-7 with a 10.38 ERA with 14 strikeouts and 29 walks … Made her first career start on Feb. 9 at Charleston Southern where she pitched two innings and struck out two … Had a good showing against N.C. Central where she pitched a complete game, gave up six runs (only two earned) and struck out one in a 6-3 loss on April 29.

High School: Attended and played high school softball for Eastern Alamance … Played her club ball for 18u Lady Blues-Simmons.
